#but i thought about something that i’d never really truly processed before #when i saw this gifset #that no matter how heartbroken rose is #and we know it’s completely and utterly #when she turns away from that wall and eventually walks out of torchwood tower #she’s doing it with mickey and jackie two people she’s known her whole life #and who genuinely love her and will support her #but the doctor is turning around to no one #because he really only had rose #like just…ROSE WAS IT #and he is going back to the tardis his same old life all on his own #the one thing rose was always concerned about #and he is just…ON HIS OWN #there is an indefinite period of time that passes #where he’s trying to get in touch and then after he finally does and before he find martha #that he is completely and totally on his own #the only sounds on his tardis are the ones that come from him (via cmdrjade)
